“Lara has such a warm, inviting personality that many people are drawn to. As a therapist she has a way of shining a light to all the beautiful parts of you and guide you towards self love and acceptance. She will keep you laughing along the way too! I’ve been lucky to work with Lara and see her grow into the amazing therapist she is today.” — A.M., ACSW

“Lara is a tenacious, insightful therapist with a treasure trove of rich life experiences. She has a high energy vibration, a contagious fun zest, and a deep caring that is palpable!” —K.D., LMFT

“Over the years I have been privileged to watch Lara grow to be the kind of therapist that has truly come into her own. It's not that she has life figured out but that she owns that she is still learning and growing and is transparent with others about this and walks alongside her clients not pretending to be something she isn’t. It’s this quality about her that really stands out in her ability to treat and give the most advantageous support to others. I highly recommend working with Lara if you are looking for guidance in your life around a variety of issues like career, family dynamics, or just getting to know who you are. You will find a friendly smile with finely served truth that feels both supportive and honest. Much gratitude to you Lara for your efforts in this field and your contribution to my life!” — C.A., EdD, LMFT

“When I first started working with Lara, I wasn’t sure what to expect…but what I found was what I didn’t know I needed. I guess that was the whole point for me- to find a therapist to work with who was able to help point out my blind spots in an empathetic way and offer patience and support in the process. She is hands down one of the best therapists I’ve seen and has made a life changing impact on the way I navigate life. And she’s funny too! If you’re looking for a therapist to help you see where you’re stuck, help you get unstuck, and offer a compassionate and supportive hand to hold when you need it most then Lara is it.” — L.G, LMFT

Good Faith Estimate: You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” (GFE) explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a GFE for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees. - Make sure your health care provider gives you a GFE in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a GFE before you schedule an item or service. - If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. - Make sure to save a copy or picture of your GFE. For questions or more information about your right to a GFE, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1-877-696-6775.
